We proudly offer our owned property!
The apartment is very well organized and completely restored in February 2022.
Going down 11 steps there is the private entrance to the house. Upon entering we find a large living room complete with sofa beds and smart TV, with adjoining dining table, full kitchen with everything needed for cooking (pots, pan, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher).
Both the living room and the kitchen part overlook a private courtyard. There are four double bedrooms (in one there is also a single sofa bed and a baby coat)
The 3 bathrooms (one is en suite) are complete.
Air conditioning free WiFi.

Rome city council has introduced a new tourist tax of Euro 6 per person per night, not applicable for children under 10 years, the tax must be payd upon arrival at check in, only cash will be accepted.
Check in in person is from 16:00 (4.00pm) to 20:00 (8.00pm), but if you prefer you can do self check in, if you arrive in the morning we almost always allow you to leave your luggage in the apartment and take the keys from 11:00 am (not before) while check out at 10:00 am is mandatory.
A fee for a late check-in will be applyed, from 20:00 to 22:00 the cost is € 30,00 and for later than 22:00 the cost is € 50.00 to be paid in cash at the check in.

First set of linens (towels and sheets) is included in the price, if you need an additional change during your stay, the same is charged at € 15 per person and generally a one day notice must be given.

Vatican Apartment is in a residential build so we ask not to make noise during night hours.
